Returns are accepted within 60 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to us with the original packaging. To complete your return, follow the steps below.

Flow Shrooms is not responsible for shipping, handling, and other additional charges for returned items.

Follow these steps to return your order:

  1. Repackage your items with the original packing slip

  3. Contact us once you have shipped the package.
  4. Once the package has been received by us and the items have been verified, we will refund the entire purchase cost and notify you via email.
  5. You will be responsible for any return shipping charges.

We will take every step in order to process your return as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

If the product is damaged in any way upon receiving it, contact us immediately via email or phone. Please provide details of the issues and photos if possible. If it is deemed a defective or damaged product, a replacement or refund will be provided immediately.


Once your return is received and verified, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 business days.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.


Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75,consider registering the shipment or purchasing shipping insurance as this will guarantee your return is received.
